RUMA is a modern restaurant with Pan-Asian cuisine. It is a mixture of local indigenous peoples’ culture, popular Asian food dishes and local foods. The Russian delicacy, genuine oriental hospitality, authenticity and synchronism are twisted here.

For hotel guests, the restaurant offers a full gastronomic service: buffet breakfasts in the morning, à la carte dining from the main menu throughout the day, as well as 24-hour room service and a lobby bar.

The menu features hot dishes, cheese pancakes and blinis, fried eggs and omelets, a salad bar, seasonal fruits and berries, as well as meat and cheese delicacies and beverages.

The signature cuisine, under the direction of Brand Chef Egor Anisimov, combines the traditions of Pan-Asian gastronomy with the richness of seasonal ingredients from the Far East.
