The Legend of RUMA
In early days, lands along the stretch of the Mighty Amur River were inhabited by indigenous peoples. People venerated and worshiped Amur River that was their provider and a fearsome giver of river bounty. It was tempestuous and protected its banks relentlessly - crashing fishing boats and keeping wanderers away.
Then, the peoples appealed to the spirit of the great Deduken, whose wisdom was known during her lifetime to everyone in all of the lands from dahurian grasslands to the most snow-topped hills. She was a personification of feminine beginning of all the things opposing the roaring masculine power of the Amur. At long last, facing wild river, Deduken perceived all the pain of the fearsome Amur, waves of which had been beating against the rocks for hundred years hurting the Amur. Deduken then decided to win the Amur over with her tenderness, having turned its streams back and eased the pain. In return the Amur promised to treat all wanderers and peoples with mildness. Since then, Deduken had been called Ruma - a woman, who turned the Amur back.
It has passed for centuries since those times and the legend of Ruma could have been lost if this place where the traveler can find food and lodging would never be established. Now, walls hold the spirit and memories of her, who incarnates a sense of peace and restoration amidst everlasting war of elements.
Buffet breakfast
Every morning, hotel guests start their day with a breakfast buffet at the Ruma restaurant: aromatic hot dishes, a salad bar, fresh pastries, juicy fruits and berries, a variety of beverages, and a glass of sparkling wine for a special mood.
Conference venues / Meeting facilities
For business events of various scales, two modern conference halls are available, accommodating 35 and 100 guests respectively. All necessary technical equipment is provided, along with a spacious lobby and a comfortable area for coffee breaks.

BROSKO MALL, in the building of which the hotel is located, is one of the largest shopping complexes in the Far East. It offers premium shopping, a modern IMAX cinema, an extensive food court, a hypermarket, and a wide variety of entertainment options.

Ruma is a modern restaurant of pan-Asian cuisine combining the culture of indigenous peoples of the region, famous Asian dishes and local products. Try buffet breakfasts, business lunches or main menu hits from brand-chef Egor Anisimov.

Are documents required upon check-in
Upon check-in, it is necessary to provide original identification documents for all guests, including original birth certificates for each child.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in at the hotel starts from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 12:00 PM. In case of early arrival or late check-out, please contact the hotel administrator to discuss possible options.
TERMS OF ACCOMMODARTION FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
Children up to 7 years old are accommodated in the hotel free of charge in a room with parents without additional bedding. We also provide children's accessories for a comfortable stay: crib, high chair, footrest.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS FOR FAMILIES/GROUPS OF 4
Families/groups of 4 or above can stay in two-room suites of Comfort, Apartments, Deluxe categories as well as connecting rooms of different types.
SPECIAL OPTIONS FOR GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY
A full range of facilities is provided for guests with low mobility, including specially equipped rooms in the Standard MGN category.
Fitness club attendance
Access to the LVLUP Fitness Club is included in the room rate for guests aged 16 and over, on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Athletic attire and swimwear are required for entry.
PARKING
All hotel guests can leave their cars at the covered parking lot of the Brosko Mall multifunctional complex. Details can be obtained from the administrator upon confirmation of the booking.
